Intellube's team of highly experienced, multi-disciplinary specialists is drawn from an experienced background of strategy, sales, marketing, tribology, technical (both chemistry and application-based), human resourcing and operations in the lubricants industry .
Intellube focuses on aligning the Client's strategy with its organisation, with the aim of ensuring profit and loss optimisation.
STRATEGY: In collaboration with the client's Board of Directors, Intellube reviews and / or sets strategy considering capability and market conditions and realistic opportunities for success. Thereafter, Intellube works towards successfully implementing the strategy by aligning functional Departments towards the common goals.
TRIBOLOGY & TECHNICAL: Intellube collaborates with the Client's Technical Department to transfer best practice and to ensure that the Client's product ranges perform optimally, in line with the strategy and are cost competitive in the market place using Intellube's tribological, blending and operations expertise.
SALES & MARKETING: Intellube ensures that the client's Sales and Marketing Departments are correctly staffed, on point and aligned with the products and services being sold in order to achieve the strategic goals of the Client.
STAFFING & RESOURCING: Intellube ensures that quality and quantity of staffing is consistent with the requirements to achieve strategic goals, with recruitment services offered where required.
BLENDING & OPERATIONS: Intellube surveys and works with Blending and Operations Departments to ensure that capacity, management systems and quality are aligned with the strategic goals of the Client.
